The 2010 Annual Barbershop program is slated this year for Saturday, October 2nd. We have relocated the event this year to the Rose Blumkin Jewish Community Center Theater, located just South of West Dodge Road at 132nd Street. It reportedly has the best accoustic layout of any theater in the city.

We are pleased to bring you a great quartet from Denver, CO called McPhly. (Pronounced McFly). We know you will enjoy their performance. They ranked 15th in Anehiem last year, and 15th again in Philadelphia this July.

Tickets will go quickly, so be sure to contact a chorus member and get yours prior to the day of the event.

Why Barbershop?

Nebraska's oldest barbershop chorus. Founded September 4th, 1943 and we recently celebrated our 66th birthday.

Barbershop singing is one of only two native musical art forms of the United States. The barbershop society was founded in the late 1930's, and has flourished ever since.  It provides one of the only all-male singing experiences available to men from all walks of life.

Members in our society are Plumbers, Carpenters, Doctors, Lawyers, CEO's of large corporations, and Self-Employed.  They come from all walks of life to gather and just be a Lead or a Baritone. No one really cares what they do for a living, they only care that they want to participate in a very unique singing experience...Hearing your own voice create the unique and distinctive sound that is called Barbershop!
